At Trios Method…
We believe in building alongside the people building something real. TRIOS is a boutique consulting practice for founders, practitioners, and small teams who need a strategic health & wellness partner, someone who's been inside the industry and is committed to helping you grow without losing what makes you special!

Who We Are
We're Maria and Tessa, two friends who met at Northwestern University while earning our Master of Science in Health Communication. We bonded over a shared love of learning, personal growth, and an embarrassing amount of giggles.
After graduation, our careers took us in different directions. Maria brought her healthcare background into health-tech startups and program management, while Tessa built her career in health agency brand strategy and fitness. Different paths, same industry, and the same curiosity about how people build and grow meaningful businesses.
Along the way, we noticed something: many of the people doing incredible work in health and wellness needed more than advice. They needed a trusted partner, someone who understood their industry, their challenges, and their vision.
That's why we created Trios Method.
What We Believe
Health and wellness is personal. The businesses built within it should be too.
We've watched this industry get really good at copying itself. The aesthetic, the language, the playbook. And honestly? We get it. There's comfort in what's worked before. But comfort doesn't build community. It doesn't build loyalty. And it definitely doesn't help you stand out in a space where everyone is fighting for the same audience's attention using the exact same words.
At Trios Method, we believe your strategy should be as specific as the people you're trying to reach. That means getting into the details - your messaging, your systems, your positioning, your team dynamics - and building something that's actually yours. Not from a template. Not from what your competitor is doing. Not from whatever trend just hit the algorithm.
Between the two of us, we've worked in health tech, agency strategy, the hospital, and fitness, and we hold a shared lens in health communication that most consultants just don't have. We're not generalists who landed in wellness. We're industry insiders who decided to use what we know to help the people building it.
We're here for the long game. The kind of growth that doesn't require you to become someone else to get there.
